A share of proceeds from Femera Ventures and Femera Capital, along with direct sponsorships, flow into the Foundation — which puts that capital to work funding women’s empowerment, education, and the wider regenerative initiatives Femera was built to support.
What We Fund
Women’s Empowerment Grants and direct support for women stepping into leadership, entrepreneurship, and community leadership — particularly those exiting Soul Aligned Wealth or the Network without the capital to build on their own.
Education Access to the mentorship, financial literacy, and practical tools women need to lead ventures and manage capital with real confidence — not theory, but skill they can use.
Alongside these two priorities, the Foundation also directs support toward:
- Cultural Heritage — preserving and honoring the traditions and lineages many of our founders draw from
- Protecting the Earth — regenerative and environmental initiatives aligned with the ecosystem’s values
- Supporting Children — extending the ecosystem’s impact to the next generation
