We built Femera Capital because we believe capital allocation is a leadership decision, and women have historically had too little seat at that table. This is our answer: a professionally managed, systematic investment approach, governed by women, accountable to the communities it’s meant to serve.

Femera Capital pools capital and deploys it through a systematic, data-informed investment methodology, overseen by an experienced investment team. Our focus is on disciplined process and transparent governance — not promises about outcomes markets don’t allow anyone to guarantee.

A defined portion of fund proceeds is directed back into the Femera Foundation, supporting education, cultural initiatives, and regenerative projects led by women in the wider ecosystem. Capital that circulates back into the community it came from is the whole point.
