Femera exists to give women entrepreneurs, leaders, and visionaries access to a network built to regenerate our planet and its cultural systems – using shared resources and funding to help women-led ventures rise.
We hold space for real healing here — releasing old competitive patterns and scarcity thinking — while bringing intuitive wisdom into rooms and spaces that have long run without it.
Vision
We see a future where women who’ve built real clarity through their own embodied healing step into a powerful network of mentors and peers — generating abundance, redistributing wealth, and protecting the earth.
Mission
Launch a women-only capital fund where members can invest and grow wealth together, with a portion of proceeds directed to the Foundation to support education, cultural heritage, and women’s empowerment.
Connect existing leaders, entrepreneurs, visionary artists, and change makers — creating new collaborative opportunities through retreats, events, and gatherings where we co-create, heal, exchange ideas, and launch project incubators.
Bring ritual, intuition, and reverence for nature into how the world does business — elevating collective consciousness and shaping a more regenerative future.
